The We Love Dogs’ “K9 company” program supports the mental health of the elderly and special needs people. One of our suitably assessed dogs can visit a private home, a small community gathering, a rest home, a retirement village, or similar to provide some K9 company.

Many of our elderly and special needs people can not have their own pet dogs, so this program can help bridge the gap. Be it for half an hour over a cup of tea or coffee in their own home or meeting in a local community venue with a few others, the opportunity for a meet, greet, and some pats with a sweet, lovable pup can do the world of good.
